Scrum Master Supplement
One-day course. The participants will learn in detail the principles and practices of the Scrum Master role. This course is intended for people who already have knowledge of the Scrum fundamentals.
The course includes specially designed exercises through which Scrum practices are applied, simulating reality and thereby achieving a better understanding of Scrum values and principles.
The course provides information and tools that can be used to ensure that Scrum is well understood by the team. Scrum basics, framework, way of working, and roles are covered throughout the course.

Who should take this course? People who will perform the Scrum Master role (Scrum team’s coach) in their organizations, additionally considering its content, the course is widely useful for anyone who wants to get to know Scrum practices in detail.
Requirements: To take this course participants must have previously attended to any of the following courses: Scrum Fundamentals, Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Developer.
Material: Participants will receive the digital course slides, along with the performed exercises material.
Recognition: Participants in the course will receive a certificate of attendance and will obtain the necessary knowledge to take the certification exam; in order to get the certificate, the attendees need to be present at least 80% of the course. The cost of the course includes the certification exam. This course awards 8 PDUs.
