Scaled Agile
In this three-days course, participants will learn the different frameworks for agile scaling. Product development from inception to measurement is established as a reference framework, as well as customer and / or end-user satisfaction.
The course includes exercises through which the scaled agile practices are applied, leading to experience them in an applied way.
Requirements: To have previous training in Scrum practices.

Who should take this course? People who perform the Scrum Master role in their organizations, responsible for defining the characteristics of the products to be developed, responsible for generating products with an adequate cost balance, high-level executives or middle management responsible for software development or maintenance, software developers working in agile teams, managers responsible for software support or quality assurance areas, process engineering groups, or people interested in acquiring complete knowledge about scaled agile practices.
Material: Participants will receive the digital course slides, along with the performed exercises material.
Recognition: Participants in the course will receive a certificate of attendance and will obtain the necessary knowledge to take the certification exam; in order to get the certificate, the attendees need to be present at least 80% of the course. The cost of the course includes the certification exam- This course awards 24 PDUs.
