3-days course for systems, hardware or test engineers, instructors, analysts, support staff, documenters, and others who are not developers but who participate in Team Software Process (TSP) teams or are interested in the detail of TSP team practices.

Recognition: Participants in the course will receive a certificate of attendance, in order to get the certificate, the attendees need to be present at least 80% of the course. This course awards 24 PDU.
