This is a three-days course and covers the key principles and concepts of the Team Software Process (TSP) and Personal Software Process (PSP). The objective of this course is to provide the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead and support development teams using TSP practices, it is intended for Project Leaders, Team Mentors and First Line Managers.
