CMMI
The CMMI appraisal helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s processes and examine how closely those processes relate to CMMI best practices.
Organizations find value in measuring their capacity and performance by conducting a CMMI assessment to identify and prioritize their business improvement efforts and achieve a maturity level, or achieve a capacity level, that recognizes them as global elite organizations.
CMMI evaluations are conducted to:
- Determine how well the processes used in the organization apply the CMMI best practices and identify improvement areas.
- Show customers how well the processes used in the organization apply the CMMI best practices.
- Comply with requirements for suppliers bidding and contracting by clients.
