TSP Executive Seminar
This one-day introductory course covers the key concepts and principles of the Team Software Process (TSP) and Personal Software Process (PSP) from a management perspective. The purpose of the course is to provide the foundation that managers need to begin to introduce and apply the TSP in their organization. The course is intended for Executives and middle managers who are responsible for software development or maintenance, and managers who are responsible for software support areas such as software quality assurance, software engineering process groups, systems or hardware engineering, documentation, or finance

- The Software business Strategic perspective, its problems and possible solutions.
- The PSP and how it supports the introduction of engineering practices into the software engineering work.
- The TSP and how it supports building high-performance, self-directed teams.
- Rational management (management with facts and data) and why this type of management is necessary to maintain successful TSP teams.
- Quality in the software development process, how development is measured and managed with quality, and how quality software is produced
- Introducing TSP in an organization.
