Scrum Fundamentals

1-day course, the participants will learn in detail the Scrum principles, roles, events and practices. The course includes practical exercises and applied cases.

During the course the attendees obtain information and tools that can be used to ensure that Scrum will be well understood by the teams. Scrum basics, framework, mechanics, and Scrum roles are covered throughout the course.

Recognition: The attendees will obtain the required knowledge to present the certification exam, also an attendance certificate, in order to get the certificate, the attendees need to be present at least 80% of the course. The cost of the course includes the certification exam. This course awards 8 PDUs.
