Scrum
Through experienced and certified consultants, we support organizations in the implementation of Scrum, guiding our clients in the application of Scrum practices in real projects of their organization, and performing the necessary knowledge transference, so when the consulting process is finished, the Organizations are able to deploy and maintain an efficient application of Scrum practices by themselves. The consultancy includes preparing the organization for the organizational certification in Scrum.
As described by the Scrum authors, Scrum is Lightweight, Simple to Understand, but Difficult to Master (Schwaber & Sutherland, 2017). The consultancy is a necessary and effective complement for once the training has been taken by the personnel of the organization, to achieve Scrum mastery in the organization.
CMMI
Through the use of a set of process assets defined by our company, based on agile frameworks and that comply with the CMMI model practices, we accelerate the implementation of the model in the organizations, these processes are adapted according to the context and environment of each client, allowing to perform implementations with much shorter times than the typical industry implementation times.
We have experienced consultants who support the implementation of the CMMI model in organizations and accompany them during all phases of the process, until achieving a successful evaluation of either a capacity level or a maturity level, according to the organization’s needs.
TSP/PSP
The Team Software Process (TSP) guides engineering teams in developing software intensive products. Experience with the TSP shows that its use improves the quality and productivity of engineering teams while helping them to more precisely meet cost and schedule commitments. The TSP is designed for use with teams of 2 to 20 members, and the larger multi-team TSP process is designed for teams of up to about 150 members.
The primary goal of TSP is to create a team environment for establishing and maintaining a self-directed team, and supporting disciplined individual work as a base of PSP framework.
