Product Owner
Two-days course, the participants will learn to effectively perform the Product Owner role, who is responsible for defining the product desired characteristics, giving priority to those requirement with the best cost / benefit balance. Attendees will learn how to successfully use the Product Backlog as a fundamental tool in Scrum projects. The Product Owner will understand how the product is developed during the iterations and how it is restructured to incorporate new ideas or to respond to the changes required by the business.
During the course the attendees will learn how to work as a link between the project team, and the client or the product users; also, how to plan commitments with the client.
During this course exercises are applied which allow you to gain practical knowledge of the practices applied by the Product Owner in Scrum projects.

Who should take this course? People responsible for defining the product characteristics to be developed, responsible for generating products with an adequate cost / benefit balance, or those interested in acquiring full knowledge of the scope of Scrum practices.
Material: Participants will receive the digital course slides, along with the performed exercises material.
Recognition: Participants in the course will receive a certificate of attendance and will obtain the necessary knowledge to take the certification exam; in order to get the certificate, the attendees need to be present at least 80% of the course. The cost of the course includes the certification exam, passing the exam attendees will receive two certifications, Scrum Fundamentals and Product Owner. This course awards 15 PDUs.
